Privacy Policy

When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your WhatsApp name, your phone number, and the messages you send. If you book, we also keep the date, time, and length of your appointment. We do not ask for health records, payment card numbers, or government ID over WhatsApp.

Only to answer your questions, book and manage your appointments, and send you the details you need to arrive. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Replies may be drafted by an automated assistant. Your messages are processed by the services that run it: Meta (WhatsApp), Anthropic (the assistant), Supabase (where conversations and appointments are stored), and Vercel (hosting). Each handles the data only to provide that service.

Conversations and appointment records are kept while you are a client so we can remember your preferences, and deleted on request.

Ask us on WhatsApp to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to stop receiving messages, and we will do it. You can also block the number at any time.

Cuando nos escribes por WhatsApp recibimos tu nombre, tu número y tus mensajes; si reservas, también la fecha y hora de tu cita. Los usamos solo para responderte y gestionar tus citas — nunca los vendemos ni los usamos para publicidad. Las respuestas pueden ser redactadas por un asistente automático (Meta, Anthropic, Supabase y Vercel procesan los datos solo para prestar ese servicio).
