Deep pressure

Deep tissue massage
in Cuenca

For the tension that a regular massage can't touch. Forearms, elbows, and my full body weight — slow, deliberate, and exactly as deep as you ask for.

What deep tissue actually means

Deep tissue isn't just a harder version of a regular massage. It's slower and more deliberate — sustained pressure that sinks through the surface muscle into the layers underneath, where the stubborn knots live. I work with forearms, elbows, and body weight, not just hands, so the pressure stays steady without digging or jabbing.

Expect fewer strokes and more intention: finding a spot that's holding, settling into it, and waiting for it to let go. It's intense, but it should never feel like something you have to endure — you set the ceiling, and I work right up to it.

Who it's for

Men who carry their stress somewhere specific: shoulders that creep up from hours at a desk, a lower back that complains after Cuenca's hills and cobblestones, legs that are still angry from the gym two days later. If you've had massages before and left thinking that was nice but they barely touched it — this is the session you were looking for.

What to expect after

You'll walk out looser than you walked in, and you might be mildly sore the next day — the same good-sore as after a workout. Drink water, take it easy, and by day two you'll notice what's missing: the tension you'd stopped noticing you carried.

Not sure you want the full hour deep? You don't have to decide now. Plenty of men start with medium pressure and send me deeper as they relax into it — you can change your mind at any point in the session.

$50/ hour

Soft, medium, or deep — same rate. Visa and Mastercard accepted. By appointment · 7 days a week.
