First time?
Your first massage:
what to expect
Plenty of men book their first professional massage at thirty, forty, fifty — and almost all of them were overthinking it. Here's the whole thing, start to finish, so nothing surprises you.
Before you arrive
There's nothing to prepare. Shower if you can, skip the heavy meal right before, and arrive about five minutes early. That's the entire checklist. You'll already have the studio's location from our WhatsApp chat, so there's no hunting for an unmarked door.
The undressing question
The one everybody quietly worries about: undress to whatever you're comfortable with. Most men go down to their underwear or nothing at all — both are completely normal. You'll have the room to yourself while you undress and get on the table, and you're covered with a towel the whole session except the area being worked on. That's called draping, it's standard professional practice, and it never gets skipped.
On the table
Low light, warm oil, and usually about an hour face-down before turning over. You don't have to make conversation — some men chat, most go quiet within minutes, some fall asleep. All three are fine. The only thing I actually need from you is honesty about pressure: one word and it goes lighter or deeper. If you don't know what you like yet, medium-pressure Swedish is the smart starting point, and soft-pressure relaxation is the gentlest way in.
Afterward
Take your time getting up — the first thirty seconds of standing after a good massage are their own experience. Drink more water than you think you need, especially after deep tissue, and expect to sleep unusually well. Payment is Visa, Mastercard, or cash — $50 per hour, and tips are never expected.
That's it. The distance between "I should get a massage sometime" and being on the table is one WhatsApp message.
